Tuition fees for each semester must be paid in full prior to the 1st start date of the class, unless student have received approval from the Finance Office

• Payment in Full

• Trimester Payment
Students pay at the beginning of each Trimester
• Course - per - course
Students pay at the beginning of each Course / Session ( session A and Session B )

Financial Loans:

Students seeking loans may contact financial institutions for possibilities.

It is the student's responsibility to repay the full amount of the loan plus interest if he or she obtains a loan to pay for an educational program.

If the student is eligible for a loan guaranteed by the federal or state government and the student defaults on the loan, both of the following may occur:

  1. The federal or state government or a loan guarantee agency may take action against the student, including applying any income tax refund to which the student is entitled to reduce the balance owed on the loan.
  2. The student may not be eligible for any other federal student financial aid at another institution or other government assistance until the loan is repaid.

Scholarships are available to help all eligible incoming students with tuition during their studies at CALIMT. Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the CALIMT Scholarship Committee. For more information about the scholarships, contact the admissions office at
